1. Introduction

Welcome to Z22U. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Z22U platform, website, and services located at z22u.com.

Z22U is operated by Z2LIVE, INC., a company incorporated in Washington State, USA.

By accessing or using Z22U, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.


2. Definitions

Platform — The Z22U website, applications, and all related services.

User — Any person who accesses or uses the Z22U platform.

Buyer — A user who purchases products or services on Z22U.

Seller — A user who lists and sells products or services on Z22U.

Product — Any digital good, account, subscription, service, or item listed for sale on Z22U.

Transaction — Any purchase, sale, or exchange completed through the Z22U platform.

Verified Seller — A seller who has completed Z22U’s identity verification process.

Eco Payment System — Z22U’s secure payment processing system with accelerated fund release.


3. Eligibility

To use Z22U, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

You must not have been previously banned or suspended from Z22U.


4. Account Registration and Security

Users must create an account to buy or sell on Z22U.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify Z22U immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Z22U implements industry-standard security measures to protect user accounts.

Z22U reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


5. Seller Verification Requirements

All sellers must complete identity verification before listing products.

Sellers must provide accurate government-issued identification documents.

Sellers must provide accurate contact information and address verification.

Sellers must complete phone and email verification.

Sellers must agree to Z22U’s Seller Rules and Buyer Protection policies.

Unverified sellers cannot list products on Z22U. No exceptions.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of all product listings and descriptions.

Sellers must deliver products as described within the specified timeframe.

Seller verification protects buyers and maintains marketplace integrity.


6. Seller Fees and Charges

Sellers are subject to the following fees:

Withdrawal Fee: 6% of the withdrawal amount is deducted when sellers withdraw funds from their Z22U account. This fee supports platform operations, security infrastructure, and buyer protection systems.

Safe Payment Processing Fee: 2% of each transaction is charged to support Z22U’s secure payment infrastructure, fraud prevention, and buyer protection systems.

Fee Transparency: All applicable fees are displayed before sellers confirm withdrawals or transactions.

Fee Modifications: Z22U reserves the right to modify fee structures with 30 days advance notice to sellers.


7. Payment Hold and Fund Availability

To ensure transaction security and buyer protection, Z22U implements payment hold policies:

Standard Payment Hold: Seller funds are held for 3 to 8 days after a transaction is marked as complete. This hold period allows time for buyer verification and dispute resolution if needed.

Eco Payment System: Transactions processed through our Eco Payment System are subject to a 24-hour hold after the buyer confirms delivery. After 24 hours, funds become available in the seller dashboard.

Fund Availability: Once the hold period ends and no disputes have been filed, funds become available in the seller dashboard for withdrawal.

Hold Period Variations: Hold periods may vary based on seller account history and trust score, transaction amount, product category, buyer verification status, and platform risk assessment. New sellers may experience longer hold periods until account history is established.

Purpose of Payment Holds: Payment holds protect buyers by ensuring time for product verification, reduce fraud by allowing dispute resolution before fund release, create accountability for sellers to deliver as promised, and maintain marketplace trust and integrity.


8. Refund Policy and Buyer Protection

Z22U provides comprehensive buyer protection through our refund policy.

Standard Refund Period: Buyers may request a refund if the product is not delivered or not as described within the standard protection window.

Extended Refund Period: Some product categories are eligible for up to 7 days refund protection. Eligible categories include gaming accounts, software subscriptions, AI premium accounts, SEO tool accounts, and streaming service accounts. Refunds within the 7-day period are granted if the product becomes inaccessible, access is revoked by the original provider, the product does not function as described, or the product credentials stop working.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are granted when the product is not delivered within the stated timeframe, the product does not match the listing description, the product is inaccessible or non-functional upon delivery, access is revoked by the original provider within the protection period, or the seller fails to respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours.

Refund Process: Buyers must open a dispute through the Z22U platform within the protection period. The seller has 48 hours to respond with evidence or resolution. Z22U support reviews the case and all submitted evidence. Final determination is made based on platform policies. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not granted when the buyer changes their mind after confirmed delivery, the buyer fails to respond during the dispute process, the buyer violates the terms of use for the purchased product, the refund request is made after the protection period expires, or the buyer attempts to retain the product while requesting a refund.


9. Comprehensive Buyer Protection

Z22U is committed to creating a safe and secure marketplace for all buyers.

Secure Payment Processing: All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Buyer payment information is never shared with sellers. Z22U holds funds in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Multiple secure payment methods are accepted including cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.

Verified Seller Guarantee: Every seller on Z22U has completed full identity verification. Buyers can transact with confidence knowing seller identities are on file. Verified sellers display a trust badge on their profiles and listings.

Escrow Protection: Buyer payments are held securely until delivery is confirmed. Sellers do not receive funds until the transaction is complete. This protects buyers from non-delivery and fraud.

Dispute Resolution: Z22U provides fair and impartial dispute resolution. Our support team reviews all evidence from both parties. Decisions are made based on platform policies and submitted evidence. Buyers are protected against fraud, non-delivery, and misrepresentation.

Privacy Protection: Buyer personal information is protected and never shared with sellers beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction. Payment details remain confidential.

Safe Communication: All buyer-seller communication should occur through the Z22U platform. This protects both parties and creates a verifiable record for dispute resolution. Off-platform communication is discouraged and not protected.

24/7 Support: Buyer support is available around the clock. Issues can be reported at any time through the platform.


10. Comprehensive Seller Protection

Z22U also provides protections for sellers operating in good faith.

Payment Security: Sellers receive payment for completed transactions after the hold period. Funds are protected once the buyer confirms delivery. Secure withdrawal options are available.

False Dispute Protection: Z22U reviews all disputes fairly and impartially. Sellers are protected against false claims when evidence supports successful delivery. Buyers who repeatedly file false disputes may face account action.

Identity Protection: Seller personal identification documents are stored securely using encryption. Documents are used only for verification purposes. Buyer access to seller personal information is strictly limited.

Communication Records: All platform communications are recorded and stored. This protects sellers against false accusations. Communication records serve as evidence in dispute resolution.

Account Security: Seller accounts are protected by secure authentication. Z22U monitors for unauthorized access attempts. Suspicious activity triggers security alerts.

Clear Policies: Sellers have access to clear guidelines and policies. Expectations are transparent and consistently enforced. Policy changes are communicated in advance.


11. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate payment and contact information.

Buyers must verify product descriptions before purchase.

Buyers must confirm delivery within the specified timeframe.

Buyers must not misuse purchased products in violation of third-party terms.

Buyers must communicate with sellers through the Z22U platform.

Buyers must open disputes through the official Z22U dispute process.

Buyers must not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or false claims.

Buyers must not attempt to circumvent Z22U’s payment systems.

Buyers must act in good faith throughout all transactions.


12. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must complete and maintain identity verification.

Sellers must provide accurate and complete product descriptions.

Sellers must deliver products as described within stated timeframes.

Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours.

Sellers must participate in good faith in dispute resolution.

Sellers must not list prohibited products or services.

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Sellers must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.


13. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Z22U:

Listing or selling illegal products or services.

Providing false or misleading product descriptions.

Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.

Manipulating reviews, ratings, or feedback systems.

Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

Circumventing Z22U’s payment or escrow systems.

Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties.

Using automated bots or scripts without authorization.

Violating intellectual property rights of others.

Money laundering or financing illegal activities.

Selling stolen accounts, credentials, or data.

Phishing or attempting to steal user information.

Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.


14. Dispute Resolution Process

Z22U provides a structured dispute resolution process for transaction issues.

Opening a Dispute: Buyers must open a dispute through the Z22U platform within the applicable protection period. Disputes cannot be opened after the protection period expires.

Seller Response: Sellers must respond to disputes within 48 hours with evidence or proposed resolution. Failure to respond may result in automatic ruling in favor of the buyer.

Evidence Submission: Both parties may submit evidence including screenshots, communication records, delivery confirmations, and other relevant documentation.

Review Process: Z22U support reviews all submitted evidence objectively. Additional information may be requested from either party.

Final Determination: Z22U makes final determinations based on platform policies and evidence. Decisions are communicated to both parties with explanation.

Resolution Implementation: Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Sellers may have funds deducted from their balance for upheld disputes.

Appeals: In limited circumstances, parties may request a review of dispute decisions by providing new evidence not previously considered.

Abuse Prevention: Users who repeatedly file false disputes or abuse the dispute system may face account restrictions or termination.


15. Intellectual Property Rights

Z22U and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Z2LIVE, INC. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they create and upload to the platform.

By listing products, sellers grant Z22U a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and market listings on the platform and related marketing channels.

Users must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Z22U responds to valid intellectual property complaints in accordance with applicable law.


16. Copyright Policy and DMCA Compliance

Z22U respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same.

User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to list, sell, or distribute any product on the platform. Users must not upload, list, or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

DMCA Compliance: Z22U complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international laws. We respond to valid takedown notices promptly.

DMCA Notice Requirements: A valid DMCA notice must include identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on Z22U, contact information of the complaining party, a statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notification: Users who believe their content was wrongly removed may submit a counter-notification in accordance with DMCA procedures. Counter-notifications must include identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, consent to jurisdiction, and physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy: Z22U terminates accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. Multiple valid complaints will result in permanent account termination.

No Endorsement Disclaimer: Listing of products on Z22U does not constitute endorsement, approval, verification, or guarantee by Z22U or Z2LIVE, INC. of product quality, legality, safety, or fitness for any purpose.

Third-Party Terms Disclaimer: Many products sold on Z22U, including digital accounts and subscriptions, may be subject to third-party terms of service. The original service providers (such as software companies, gaming platforms, or social media networks) may have policies that affect purchased products. Buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable third-party terms. Z22U is not responsible for actions taken by third-party service providers regarding purchased products, including account suspensions, access revocations, or policy enforcement.

Accuracy Disclaimer: While Z22U requires sellers to provide accurate listings, we cannot independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currentness of product descriptions provided by sellers.

Availability Disclaimer: Z22U does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform access. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security measures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Legal Compliance Disclaimer: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Z22U and any purchased products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements in their jurisdiction.

No Legal Advice: Nothing on Z22U constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should consult appropriate professionals for such guidance.


19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Z22U and Z2LIVE, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Z22U is not liable for actions, omissions, products, or services of buyers or sellers.

Z22U is not liable for third-party actions regarding products purchased on the platform.

Z22U is not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Z22U is not liable for unauthorized access to user accounts or data breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Z22U is not liable for disputes between users except as outlined in our dispute resolution process.

Z22U’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these terms or use of the platform is limited to the greater of the fees paid by the user to Z22U in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


20. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Z2LIVE, INC., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

User violations of these Terms of Service.

User violations of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

User infringement of any intellectual property or proprietary rights.

User content posted, listed, or transmitted on the platform.

User transactions or disputes with other users.

User misrepresentation or fraud.

Any claims by third parties related to user activities on Z22U.


21. Privacy and Data Protection

Z22U collects and processes user data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using Z22U, you consent to our data collection, processing, and storage practices.

User data is used to operate the platform, process transactions, provide support, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

Z22U implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

22. Modifications to Terms

Z22U reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Users will be notified of material changes via email notification to registered email address, platform notification upon login, and announcement on the Z22U website.

Changes become effective 30 days after notification unless otherwise specified.

Continued use of Z22U after the effective date constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Users who do not agree to modified terms should discontinue use of the platform before the effective date.

23. Account Termination

Termination by Z22U: Z22U may suspend or terminate user accounts immediately and without notice for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent or illegal activity, repeated policy violations, extended account inactivity (12+ months), failure to complete required verifications, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Termination by Users: Users may close their accounts by contacting support at support@z22u.com. Before account closure, users must complete all pending transactions, withdraw available funds (subject to applicable fees and hold periods), and resolve any open disputes.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, user access to the platform is revoked, pending transactions may be cancelled, held funds may be subject to extended review, and user content may be removed from the platform.

Survival: Certain provisions of these terms survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property rights, and governing law.


24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, USA.

Users consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Users waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in these courts.


25. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, users agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Z22U support.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration Location: Arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington, USA, or remotely as permitted by AAA rules.

Class Action Waiver: Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

Exceptions: Claims for injunctive relief, intellectual property disputes, and small claims court matters are exempt from arbitration requirements.


26. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these terms.


27. Waiver

Failure by Z22U to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Z22U to be effective.

Waiver of one breach does not waive future breaches of the same or different provisions.


28. Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these terms without Z22U’s prior written consent.

Z22U may assign or transfer these terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.


29. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Seller Rules, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between users and Z22U.

These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

No additional terms proposed by users shall be binding unless accepted in writing by Z22U.

For Sellers: Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell listed products. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and deliver products as described. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and Z22U policies. Violations may result in account suspension, fund holds, or permanent termination.

General Notice: Z22U facilitates transactions but is not a party to the underlying agreements between buyers and sellers. Users transact at their own discretion and risk, subject to the protections and limitations outlined in these terms. Z22U provides tools and protections to reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risks inherent in online transactions.
